The mobile application HELLPDAYS (the “App”) is operated by:

By downloading and using the App, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Application
The HELLPDAYS App is strictly informational.
It is designed to:
provide information about the HELLPDAYS festival
display schedules, news, and organizational updates
send push notifications related to the festival
The App:
does not require user registration
does not create user accounts
does not process payments
does not enable purchases
does not provide ticket sales functionality
3. Personal Data Processing
3.1 Data Collected
The App does not collect or process personal data such as:
name
email address
phone number
location data
payment information
For the purpose of delivering push notifications, the App uses:
Device Identifier (Push Token / Device ID)
This identifier:
does not directly identify a natural person
is used solely for delivering notifications
is not combined with other personal data
is not used for tracking across third-party apps or websites
3.2 Purpose of Processing
The Device Identifier is processed exclusively for:
sending informational push notifications regarding the HELLPDAYS festival
3.3 Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing is:
the legitimate interest of the Operator in informing users about festival updates, and
the user’s consent granted via device notification settings.
Users may withdraw consent at any time by disabling notifications in their device settings or uninstalling the App.
3.4 Data Retention
The Device Identifier is retained only:
for as long as the App remains installed and notifications are enabled.
If the App is uninstalled or notifications are disabled, the identifier will no longer be used for notification purposes.
3.5 Data Sharing
The Operator does not sell, trade, or share App user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may only be processed by technical service providers strictly necessary for operating push notification services.
4. User Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to:
request access to their personal data
request correction or deletion
request restriction of processing
object to processing
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Since the App does not store directly identifiable personal data, identification of specific users may not always be technically possible.

5. Liability
